ServiceTarget provides a platform for Subscribers/Users/End-Users to freely communicate and share content. Most of the time this is productive and benefits involved parties. However, sometimes a Subscriber/User/End-User takes advantage of the open nature of our Services for objectionable/harmful conduct. We developed this User Content and Conduct Policy ("Policy") to prohibit such activity.

The Policy is incorporated into the ServiceTarget Master Subscription Agreement (MSA) and applies to all Subscribers, Users and End-Users using the Services. Notwithstanding the MSA terms, ServiceTarget may immediately suspend/terminate an account for a Policy violation. Anyone may report a violation using the linked form above.

We encourage reporting suspected violations, though our ability to respond may be limited and we may require law enforcement validation of fraudulent/illegal activity before taking action. For copyright complaints, follow the Copyright Infringement Notice and Takedown Policy process. ServiceTarget may modify these policies anytime. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning in the MSA.

1. Spam or Unwanted Contact. The Services cannot be used to send/host spam, unwanted commercial content, mass/duplicative/unsolicited messages.

2. Illegal and Fraudulent Activities. The Services cannot be used to engage in or promote dangerous, illegal, or fraudulent activities. ServiceTarget is limited in reviewing fraud outside the Services or assessing activity legality and may require law enforcement validation before taking action.

3. Malicious Products and Activities. The Services cannot transmit viruses, malware, harmful code/content, automated harmful content/traffic from bots or otherwise that damages networks, services, third-party infrastructure.

4. Hateful Activities. The Services cannot transmit/host hate speech, advocate violence/terrorism, distribute graphic violent/obscene content, or support/normalize hateful, racist, libelous, discriminatory activities. Use by organizations promoting/normalizing hate, hate speech, violence, terrorism as a primary purpose is prohibited. Organizations focused on user generated content must have reasonably effective moderation policies/procedures related to content violating these prohibitions.

5. Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking. Any use of Services for content/activity displaying child exploitation or abuse is prohibited and will be removed. Uploading/sharing content promoting, enabling, or discussing human trafficking is prohibited.

6. Harassment and Bullying. The Services cannot be used for abusive, harassing, bullying behavior, including when contacting ServiceTarget support. This includes illegal dissemination of private info/media.

7. Deceptive Behavior and Account Hijacking. The Services cannot be used to deceive or impersonate third parties, or to access another Account without the owning Subscriber's permission.

8. Intellectual Property. You cannot use the Services in a way that infringes third-party rights including intellectual property rights. If your primary business purpose/result is infringing others' IP rights, ServiceTarget reserves the right to suspend/terminate Services even if not directly used for infringement. Note ServiceTarget may be limited in assessing alleged infringement outside Services and acting on every report.
