1. Introduction

This Cookie Policy explains how ServiceTarget PBC and its relevant Affiliates (collectively, "ServiceTarget", "us", "we", or "our") use cookies, beacons, pixels, tags,  and scripts and other tracking technologies (collectively, “Cookies”) in order to provide, maintain, and improve our website. "Site" refers to www.servicetarget.com, www.matrixflows.com  and any related website owned or operated by ServiceTarget. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning in our Master Subscription Agreement.

2. What are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored through the browser on your computer or mobile device. Cookies and related web technologies (collectively "Cookies") contain information a web server can later read. Cookies are either "session cookies" that are deleted when you close the browser, or "persistent cookies" that remain until manually deleted or they expire.

3. How do we use Cookies?

We generally use Tracking Technologies to ensure basic Site functionality; remember user preferences; improve provision of Services; maximize Site performance; provide relevant offers; measure effectiveness of Sites, marketing, emails; and personalize content.

  • Session Cookies: We use first-party session cookies to maintain user preferences, improve experience, and track usage/analytics as you navigate our Sites.

Cookie Categories: We may use these categories of cookies to accomplish the above purposes:

  • Functional Cookies: Enable enhanced functionality and personalization. May be set by us or third-party providers on Site.
  • Analytics Cookies: Allow us to count visits and traffic sources to measure and improve Site performance.

  • Firefox:  Users can choose to block cookies completely, block third-party cookies, or choose to block or allow only cookies from certain sites. Users can also choose to delete all saved cookies or turn on the option to delete cookies whenever they close the browser.
  • Safari (Desktop): Users can turn their cookies on or off and clear their cookies.
  • Safari (Mobile): Users can turn their cookies on or off and clear their cookies.
  • Android Browser: Users can choose to block cookies completely, block third-party cookies, or choose to block or allow only cookies from certain sites. Users can also choose to delete all saved cookies or turn on the option to delete cookies whenever they close the browser.

b. Opting Out of Interest-Based Advertising:

For mobile, most systems have opt-out choices sent to interest-based ad companies. Visit manufacturer's instructions or read more on sending signals to limit ad tracking for your system. Must opt out on each browser/device and redo if clearing cookies or using a different browser/device.

5. Supplemental Info for EEA, Switzerland, and UK

If any conflict between Section 5 and other sections, Section 5 governs for EEA/Swiss/UK data.

Unless/until you consent, only Essential Cookies are enabled. Other non-Essential cookies/Tracking Technologies like Functional, Analytics, Targeting are only enabled if you opt-in via the Site cookie banner. In Cookie Settings, you can withdraw consent at any time by disabling cookies, or adjust preferences using toggles.

6. Cookie Policy Updates

We will notify you on Site of any material changes prior to them becoming effective. Please periodically review for the latest info. Continued Site use constitutes agreement to be bound by Cookie Policy changes. Your only remedy if you disagree is to stop accessing the Site, subject to law. You acknowledge this may contain inaccuracies/errors subject to change, and we exclude liability for such to the extent permitted by law.
