What types of cookies do we use?

ServiceTarget in-product Cookies may fall into these categories:

  • Essential - Necessary for Service functionality like authentication, security, load balancing.
  • Analytics - Track visits for improvements/performance reporting. Analyze user behavior for additional features.
  • Functionality/Preference - Remember user info/choices like language preferences.

End-User Cookies

If you are a Subscriber using ServiceTarget products to engage with customers ("End-Users"), ServiceTarget may place cookies on End-User browsers during interactions, depending on your implementation. See the table below for details on the specific cookies used and their purpose.

Flows - end-user applications that you make available to your customers, partners and teammates

  • Category: Essential
  • Purpose: Transient cookie that is set when OIDC/OAuth login flow is initiated.
  • Duration: 180 seconds

Matrix - create and manage data and content

  • Category: Essential
  • Purpose: Transient cookie that is set when OIDC/OAuth login flow is initiated.
  • Duration: 180 seconds

Cookies you add

Since Flows can be customized, you may embed or use third-party products that require their own cookies. If adding analytics or embedding videos (e.g. YouTube, Vimeo), check with those third parties to confirm if any additional cookies are placed based on your specific use case.
